If you are new to having NCR books printed, here are some questions and answers you might find helpful. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, send us an email with your query at sales@ncrbooks.com.au.

How long does the printing take?

Most of our orders and printed within four or five days after the proof is approved. Time for transport is additional to this and will depend on your location.

Does the turnaround time you have given me include shipping?

No. Transport time is additional. Turnaround time is how long it takes us to print, assemble and bind your order. Shipping time varies depending on where you are located.

Can you put my logo onto each sheet?

NCR Books can have your logo or graphic device printed on your forms. Just supply us with your logo or graphic file in high resolution (minimum of 300dpi at 100% actual size).

Can the forms be individually numbered?

No problem – the pages can be sequentially numbered in red ink – and you can choose what number they start from.

Our current books use different paper colours for each sheet – can you do that?

NCR Books offers you the choice of white, yellow, pink, blue or green carbonless paper.

What colour inks can you use?

The majority of customers choose black ink for the NCR books or pads, but other colours are available on request.

What is the procedure for checking that the artwork is correct?

NCR Books will create a proof of your artwork within 12 hours of your order being placed. We’ll email you with simple directions for approving your proof.

Please note that it is your responsibility to check your proof for any errors or inconsistencies and let us know if there are any problems.

If you discover something which needs to be changed, simply resubmit the altered file and we will get a revised proof to you.

Once the proof has been approved by you there is no opportunity for further changes as it is immediately sent to the printing press.

What are your payment terms? When do I have to pay?

You will need to make payment when you confirm your order. Payment can be done using electronic funds transfer or by using a Visa or MasterCard credit card.

Does the price I have been given include the delivery cost?

If you are located in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Canberra or Brisbane, delivery is included in the printing cost. If you are outside these areas, delivery will incur an additional charge which you will be informed of by email.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Your printing order can be cancelled at any time prior to proof approval.

Can I return my printing?

All sales are final.  However if you think your order contains a printing error, contact us within three business days of receiving the order and we will evaluate the job to see if a reprint or discount is required.
